Diana Smith-Sullivan
Owner/Director
Diana is a seasoned performer with a deep-rooted passion for the stage. She is the founder and proud owner of Let’s Dance Studio, where she has dedicated the past 25 years to inspiring dancers and fostering a love for the performing arts within her community.
A graduate of the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York City, Diana specialized in Film and Television and holds certifications in Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Lyrical, and Musical Theatre from Dance Masters of America.
Her extensive performance credits include appearances on ABC’s Loving (1983) and the HBO special Lifetime Stories (1994). She has also graced Off-Broadway stages in various productions and performed at Universal Studios in Florida.
While her career has taken her to many stages, Diana’s greatest joy comes from sharing her passion for dance and theatre with the community where she grew up, leaving a lasting impact on generations of performers.


Janelle Brouillard
Competitive teacher/choreographer
Janelle has been an integral part of Let's Dance since its founding, evolving from a standout student into a highly skilled and dedicated instructor. She holds a university degree and has completed training with Dance Masters of America, earning certifications in Jazz and Ballet. Additionally, she has achieved Module 1 certification from Acrobatic Arts.
In addition to her role at the studio, Janelle is a committed educator, balancing her passion for teaching both in the classroom and in the dance world. As an award-winning choreographer, she brings creativity, expertise, and an unwavering dedication to every class she teaches. With 25 years of experience at the studio, Janelle continues to inspire and mentor dancers, fostering their growth and love for the art.
Portia Jonasson
Competitive and recreational teacher
Portia has been teaching since 2016 and is a valued instructor for our competitive Contemporary, Acro, Ballet, and Lyrical programs. A longtime member of the Let’s Dance family, she transitioned from an award-winning dancer to an award-winning teacher and choreographer for our pre-competitive team.
She is currently advancing her expertise by completing her Dance Masters syllabus training through Dance Masters of America. Portia is extensively trained in Ballet, Lyrical, Jazz, Tap, and Contemporary and holds certification in Acro through Acrobatic Arts. Her dedication and passion continue to inspire the next generation of dancers.



Sydney Cribari
Pre-Dance & Pre-Competitive
Sydney has been with Let's Dance as a student since she was 4 years old. Now at 20 she is in her 3rd year teaching for us! Sydney is a beautiful dancer and now our current pre-dance , Little Hip-Hop and Jazz Tap teacher. She is continuing her dance education while attending University.
Zoe Rogers
Recreational & Pre-Competitive
Zoe is in her 2nd year of teaching with us. She teaches our recreational hip hop and Ballet and is continuing to train to further her dance education. She has danced with us since she was three years old. Zoe is a beautiful Award winning performer. Now a graduate we are lucky enough to keep her with the studio as a teacher.

Jonathan Houle
Recreational Teacher
Jonathan is an award-winning dancer who has been a part of Let's Dance for eight years He is thrilled to begin his first year of teaching dance, eager to share his passion with the generation.

Kiirsten Mills
Recurring Ballet Teacher
Kiirsten has been a member of our team for years and still comes in to guest teach and do workshops in Ballet.

Maggie Adams
Recreational & Pre-Competitive
Maggie has been with us for over 6 years now. She has been trained in Barrie, ON and is currently attending Dance Master’s of America for her 3rd year to continue her dance education. She offers a great regimented structure to her classes to progress the kids who aim to try out for competitive one day. She is certified in Jazz, Tap and Ballet.
